RMA:
RMA stands for Return Material Authorization. RMA functionality allows user to authorize return of goods delivered against a sales order. RMA also authorizes returns for replacement, as well as returns with or without credit. Returns from a customer occur for a variety of reasons including damage, shipment error, or sampling.

Rework
For any workmanship part, ZKTEK will provide the opportunity to rework by ourselves, or on our behalf or by authorized third party who is willing to help on a bona fide wish base.
Repair
For the defective component, ZKTEK will provide the repair service in life long regardless of any warranty period.
Replace
If the defective unit can be fixed simply by replacing the defective ones, ZKTEK will provide the replacement if the replacement is available with reasonable conditions.
